    Next we’ll sit down in our office and find out what your goals are, your fitness history and ask some questions about sleep, diet and stress.

    Finally we’ll go over the three things we do differently to offer the best possible experience for our members, and see if it lines up with your goals.

    No high pressure offers or sales tactics! We also won’t be putting you through a workout until we know more about you.
