Coach For Life
A trainer at most gyms will encourage you while you’re working out, and teach you good movement. At REP, we believe that changing your habits outside of the gym is just as important to your longevity and quality of life. From the moment you sign up with us, you’ll have a dedicated coach that will hold you accountable, give you strategies and tools to improve your habits around stress, sleep, food and more. It’s so much more than just exercise.
Since CrossFit itself was an evolution in the world of fitness, we believe that it should continue to evolve. You’ll be coached by trainers who are passionate about learning as much as possible about the body and the best ways to train, and who’s knowledge goes far beyond the weekend certification that CrossFit requires.
Every CrossFit gym has a strong community. What makes us us different is the work we do in our larger community outside of the gym. Read about our strong tradition at REP of giving back to those who need it most.
