Online Group Coaching
On March 16th 2020, we shut down our onsite group classes well ahead of the Mayor’s shelter in place order, to do our part to slow down the spread of the Corona virus. Necessity quickly turned to epiphany when we realized that:
- This style of minimalist training was not only very effective, but also a great way to address strength imbalances and train functional strength for all of life’s challenges.
- We were skeptical initially, but online classes are actually really fun!
- We could reach a whole new group of people who were either too short on time to commute to the gym, too short on money to afford a traditional CrossFit gym membership, or too nervous to take those first steps to walk into a physical gym location and get started, for whatever reasons.
