At CrossFit REP we deliver a group class that’s tailored to the individual. We’re able to do that through our assessment, our extremely qualified coaching staff and the host of options we have for you to get the most out of YOUR training. Whichever option you choose, you’ll be meeting with your coach at least once every quarter to discuss your progress and set new goals.

We strongly recommend new clients complete between 1-3 Personal Training sessions before starting group classes. This gives our coaches the opportunity to evaluate your joint mobility and movement patterns in a relaxed, comfortable one on one setting.
