After we’ve decided that the gym is a good fit for you following your free trial class, we have three options to give you the most flexibility in starting your fitness journey!
*Fast Track – This is a series of 3 one on one training sessions with one of our head coaches for only $165 ($195 value)
*On-Ramp – Learn CrossFit basics in a small class setting. While this class focuses more on movement and progressions, you’ll still get an awesome workout! The class meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm, No extra charge for this class
*Jump right in – We obviously only recommend this option for people with experience, but if the first two options aren’t possible then we can work with you in our group classes. We can scale movements for you so that you’re still learning techniques safely as well as getting a great workout!
If you’re looking for the cheapest gym in town, then you’ll have to keep looking. We offer two group class options: Monthly Unlimited, and 3x Week group classes. Fitness requires dedication, which is why we require a 3 month commitment for all new members. If you can’t commit to the time frame required to see results, then we cannot commit to you 100%, and we don’t offer less than 100% commitment to our clients. After your 3 months is up your membership will be converted to a month to month with a 30 day cancellation policy.

While our group program is tailored to the individual, the best program will always be one that is written specifically for your goals, strengths and weaknesses. Your coach will be in constant contact with you, tweaking your program based on performance the day before, your changing schedule and how you feel from day to day.
