While we mainly do small group classes, our program has a high degree of flexibility for the individual. We believe that this is the best path to long term, sustained fitness and health!

Individual attention from highly qualified coaches in a small group setting
-Constantly evolving training methodologies, in a facility that is always being upgraded and improved
-Periodic check ins with our head coaches to hold you to a high degree of accountability

If you’re looking for the cheapest gym in town, then you’ll have to keep looking. However, we hope that cheap isn’t what you’re looking for when it comes to investing in something as important as the quality of your life. You deserve better. Our value is apparent in the unmatched level of service we offer, and our lifelong valuation of a healthy lifestyle!
We offer two group class options: Monthly Unlimited, and 3x Week group classes. Fitness requires dedication, which is why we require a 3 month commitment for all new members. If you can’t commit to the time frame required to see results, then we cannot commit to you 100%, and we don’t offer less than 100% commitment to our clients. After your 3 months is up your membership will be converted to a month to month with a 30 day cancellation policy.
Who Can Do CrossFit?
Literally anyone. We all have different ability levels, expectations and goals. The only thing we ask is that you come prepared to work hard.
