I was brand new to Crossfit and everyone here was so nice and welcoming. The coaches really knew what they were doing and were super knowledgeable in helping me learn what I needed to work on! It's a great place for people just beginning or advanced.
Started training at Rep in September and I absolutely love it! Jake, the owner, is a fantastic coach, who knows so much and is always continuing to educate himself to help his athletes. Within 4 months of Jake's programming, all of my Oly lifts increased and my form has improved so much! Would definitely recommend Crossfit Rep to any beginners or advanced athletes!
Before CrossFit REP, I workout twice a day, morning cardio and weight lifting in the afternoon. We joined Crossfit REP because of their excellent reviews on Yelps and Google. I have to admit, I love my Crossfit REP family. The program at Crossfit REP combines strength training, speed training, Olympic weight lifting, kettle bells, body weight exercises, gymnastics, and endurance exercise. The workouts are highly intense and short, taking about 5 to 15 minutes to complete. Training the requires you to work out 3 to 5 days per week but having the right coach, and friends by your side to cheer you on and inspire you to do your best, can be the beginning to a beautiful friendship. Get ready to be challenged. I found that Crossfit isn’t just physical; it’s mental. You’ll need mind and body strength to make it through some WODs. But in the end, I promise once you scrape yourself off the floor, you’ll feel really proud of what you just accomplished. Don’t be scared off by people who think Crossfit is only for insane people. I invite you to give it a go and see what you think.

We offer two group class options: Monthly Unlimited, and 3x Week group classes. Fitness requires dedication, which is why we require a 3 month commitment for all new members. If you can’t commit to the time frame required to see results, then we cannot commit to you 100%, and we don’t offer less than 100% commitment to our clients. After your 3 months is up your membership will be converted to a month to month with a 30 day cancellation policy.
Who Can Do CrossFit?
Literally anyone. We all have different ability levels, expectations and goals. The only thing we ask is that you come prepared to work hard.
